Tested and Confirmed IT – Security of IDS RTUs on a High Level
IDS GmbH has cooperated with GAI NetConsult in pilot and customer projects on several occasions before.
GAI NetConsult is an independent software and consulting company with particular focus on information security; it has confirmed that our latest telecontrol technology products (ACOS 730 and ACOS 750) – if used consistently – provide an adequate security standard for environments with high security requirements. Always Up-to-Date (I) – New Release: IDS HIGH-LEIT 4.23
Modern and user-friendly: these are the features we have focused on in the development of the new update. The central evaluation functions Event and Alarm List have been spruced up to become even more comfortable. To name just a few of our new HIGH-LEITs: We have updated and improved several functions in IT security, topology, switching request and markings.
For an overview of the new functions, please refer to our Matrix; a more detailed description is given in our brochure.
If you are interested in an update to the latest HIGH-LEIT version, please contact your local sales representative.
Be Prepared – Our Redundancy Concepts for Telecontrol Applications
To increase the availability of critical infrastructures, it is vital that the monitor and control systems are always available and controllable. For this reason, we have developed different redundancy concepts for our ACOS 750 telecontrol system:
- Redundant central gateways
- Redundant CPUs
- Redundant communication pathways
- Redundant power supply
