Service Competence Center

The IDS Service Team in the Service Competence Centre is available from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 o’clock (Phone +49 (0) 7243/218-990).

The SCS staff  register your call and pass it on directly to the Service Team.
Our Hotline Service staff is ready to assist you at the valid rates (see: Service Price List).

If it is not possible to remedy a fault directly via telephone, we are happy to offer you our services on your premises.
IDS offers maintenance services for more comprehensive tasks. For further information, please refer to “Maintenance”.
Orders for spare parts can be directed to the IDS Service Competence Centre.
