Power Plant Resource Scheduling
The Power Plant Resource Scheduling module is an expansion module included in ACOS ECS. It enables the efficient planning and assignment of power plant resources across planning horizons from only a few days up to twelve months, to meet the expected energy requirements, and it can be used for the following tasks:
- Planning of medium- and long-term energy consumption according to cost centres
- Central compilation and transmission of energy consumption and planning data
- Shared database together with the energy billing system
Display and input screens are available for operations managers to register the specific energy demand. For the support of users, a graphic trend of the energy consumption quantities of the last 30 days for different energy media is available. The hourly required quantities of an energy medium can be entered via an input mask.
After having been entered, the data for the different cost centres and energy media are frozen. Based on these time sequences, export data are generated (Excel format) which contain the time sequences for each cost centre and energy medium, as well as the predefined time pattern and period.
