ACOS ECS is an energy accounting tool which considerably facilitates the controlling of energy consumption. Faults and fault statuses can be discovered and eliminated timely thanks to automatic checks for completeness and plausibility. Based on the recorded data, the system automatically generates accounting grids and checks them. A link to SAP enables the synchronization of central master data, to enable the provision of the latest cost centre structures at all times.

A workflow-based menu provides step-by-step guidance through the accounting processes. ACOS ECS also enables the quick processing and transfer of data to SAP R/3 for accounting purposes.
The evaluation of results can be done in a flexible way through displays in graphic and tabular form, thereby enabling the output of all relevant results to system users on all levels.
The flexibility of evaluation is ensured by the integrated and user-friendly Crystal Reports evaluation tool from SAP BusinessObjects. It enables the global definition of suitable reports for any given case or application.
