IDS GmbH takes over Telecontrol Department of AEG ursatronics GmbH
November 1st, 2009 - IDS GmbH of Ettlingen/W. Germany (IDS) has taken over the Telecontrol Division of AEG ursatronics GmbH, Berlin.
IDS is a medium-size company in private ownership. With an annual turnover of ca. 28 million Euro, currently employs ca. 230 highly-skilled staff in the departments R&D, sales, production, projects and administration.
With the purchase of AEG ursatronics’ Telecontrol Division and its Sales, Projects and Development departments, IDS consistently pursue their growth strategy. All employees of the Telecontrol Division of AEG ursatronics will become a part of IDS and will be integrated into the newly established IDS branch in Berlin.
The products and services for telecontrol applications provided hitherto by AEG ursatronics will be supplied by IDS with immediate effect, in the established and well-proven quality and design and without delay. All development works will continue as scheduled.
For the time being, your contact persons from AEG ursatronics will be at your service under the familiar address and telephone numbers. As of 2010, all activities will be carried out jointly at the new premises of the IDS branch in Berlin. Together, the employees of AEG ursatronics’ Telecontrol Division and the IDS staff in Berlin will work as a highly efficient and capable team for the planning and implementation of customer projects. Of course, you will be informed without delay on the new address and telephone numbers of our staff in the new Berlin branch.
