This year’s Customer Forum for Municipal Utilities in South Germany (“Anwenderforum Stadtwerke Süd”) is organized by Stadtwerke Schwäbisch Hall and will be hosted by Erlanger Stadtwerke (ESTW).

IDS/TCE Customer Symposium for North Germany in Berlin on 08 October 2009
The ever-increasing demands on efficiency force the owners of power grids and energy suppliers more than ever to minimize costs and optimize staff allocation.

In April 2008, IDS introduced significant improvements in the fault processing procedure of their hotline service. After a fault is reported to the call centre, the problem is treated by the service centre as soon as possible. Customers with service and maintenance contracts merely have to state their contract ID to the call centre to ensure particularly quick processing of their request. During the actual fault remedy process, we keep our customers informed about the current state of affairs. Once the fault has been successfully remedied, we send a final report to the customer. Thanks to these improvements in the flow of information, we are in close contact with our customers during the whole troubleshooting procedure and are therefore able to guarantee our well-proven services.
