IDS Success at Hanover Trade Fair (April 20 to 24, 2009)
A resounding success – this is how IDS’s presentation on the International Hanover Fair could be best described. Despite the current economic situation, our stand in Hall 11 consistently attracted large crowds from Germany and abroad who showed a keen interest in our products and solutions.
The Hanover Trade fair has shown that IDS is firmly established on the marked with its multi-utility solutions, and that the company is not only successful in its “classic” activities (SCADA, telecontrol and automation), but also in other areas, e.g. customer-made solutions for new tasks in the energy sector. Visitors were particularly interested in information on smart metering and network management.
At this point, we would like to express our thanks to all our visitors for the interesting and fruitful discussions at our stall!
2nd IDS HIGH-LEIT XW Customer Conference (June 17 and 18, 2009) in Friedrichshafen
The second IDS HIGH-LEIT XW customer conference will be held in Friedrichshafen on beautiful Lake Constance. Jointly with the Technische Werke Friedrichshafen, IDS is preparing an attractive and varied programme to inform our customers on the latest product developments, e.g. the new Release 5.3, and will also show interesting application examples from actual practice. Like two years ago, on our first customer conference in Mönchengladbach, we have invited experts from IDS and from other companies who will present up-to-date information around control engineering and network operation.
We are looking forward to discussing questions and views, and to exchanging new ideas with you on this conference!
