Quality Management at IDS
Internal quality management (QM) is an integral part of the IDS corporate culture. More particularly, QM has to ensure that matters of quality shall have their proper place in the management of the company, both with respect to the marketed products and services and with a view to internal company processes. “Quality” is defined as the extent to which a specific product or process fulfils the given requirements.
QM has to make sure that all organised activities for the improvement of products, processes or services shall be properly implemented. QM is one of the management’s core responsibilities.
The primary goal of QM aim is the satisfaction of the customers’ demands. IDS is certified by TÜV Management Service in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
In 2011, IDS GmbH was also certified as expert company according to the German Law on Water Management. Please click onto the teaser box on the right-hand side to download the certificate.
